GENERAL ORGANIZATION

1. In general, the organization of our academic year follows the schedule of the Henrico County Public Schools – HCPS [aside for the obvious adjustments necessary due to Jewish Holidays]. In particular, the academic year is organized in two semesters which start on the first week of classes of he HCPS and finishes the week before HCPS finals.

2. We follow the HCPS inclement weather policies.

3. Unless indicated otherwise, the Elementary School Division meets once a week on Wednesdays for 2 hours from 4:15 PM to 6:15 PM. 

4. Unless indicated otherwise, the Middle and High School Division meets once a week on Thursdays for 2 hours from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. 

5. For any changes to our regular schedule as well as academic breaks please consult our Academic Calendars

6. For the Elementary School - Lower Division [K - 2] each session is divided into four 30-minute segments.   For the topics for each block and for the instructors please refer to the curriculum link. 

7. For the Elementary School - Upper Division [3 - 5] each session is divided into three 40-minute segments.   For the topics for each block and for the instructors please refer to the curriculum link. 

8. For the Middle School Division each session is divided into three 40-minute segments.   For the topics for each block and for the instructors please refer to the curriculum link. 

9. For the TAG HIGH topics and instructors please refer to the curriculum link.
