Drop off and Pick up Procedures

To promote a smooth and timely start and end of our classes and more importantly to ensure complete safety, we kindly request that the parents follow these Drop off and Pick up guidelines.

Please read the guidelines carefully as some have changed.

1. Elementary School Division drop off time is between 4:10 and 4:15 pm and pick up time is at 6:15 pm. Middle and High School Division drop off time is between 6:25 and 6:30 pm and pick up time is at 8:30 pm. Please do not drop your Elementary School Division child off before 4:00. Please make sure there is a TAG staff person available to supervise your child before you leave.

2. All students are to be dropped off and picked up by the main entrance of the Shul. There will always be a TAG staff person to welcome the students and direct them to their classrooms and to call the children upon their parents' arrival.

3. Please enter the parking lot by the smaller entrance by the Mikveh and form a line starting at the “drop off/pick up” sign at the main entrance of the Shul. Please keep as little space as safely possible between cars to maximize the number of cars that can wait in line in the parking lot.

4. Please remain in your car for drop off and pick up. To facilitate pick up families are provided with a Name Display that can be placed on the dashboard. As your car nears the Shul, a TAG staff person will bring your child to the car. If you are part of a carpool, (we highly recommend carpooling with a friend) please be sure to let the staff person know which children you are picking up. If your child needs help getting in the car and buckling up, please be ready to help him/her so we can keep the line moving!

5. If you need to arrive late for drop off please take or walk your child to his/her classroom as appropriate. If you need to arrive late for pick up please notify the school at your earliest convenience. Rabbi Pereira’s cell phone number is 878 4798.

6. If you wish to talk to anyone - another parent or a TAG staff member - please safely park your car before you do so. Please do not leave your car while in the car line for drop off or pick up.

7. On assembly days, if you attend the assembly and you have parked your car, please be mindful of those parents in the car pool line so as not to cause any delays when backing out of a parking spot.
